We offer contemporary clothing, including shirts, sleeveless tops and denim. We take reasonable care to describe products accurately. Colours and appearance may vary slightly because of lighting, photography and display settings. Measurements and fit information are guides and reasonable variations may occur.
4. Prices, Taxes and Payment
Prices and the currency used are displayed on the website. The total payable amount, including any taxes or other mandatory charges collected by us, will be shown before you place an order. Free standard shipping applies as described in our Shipping Policy.
Payment must be made using an available checkout method. You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method and that the billing information is accurate.
5. Orders and Contract Formation
Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We will acknowledge receipt electronically. A binding contract is formed when we accept the order, normally by sending a dispatch or acceptance confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order before acceptance for reasons such as stock errors, pricing errors, suspected fraud, payment failure, delivery restrictions or legal compliance. If payment has been taken for a cancelled order, it will be refunded.
6. Delivery
Delivery destinations, free standard shipping, processing estimates and delivery times are explained in our Shipping Policy. For UK consumers, unless otherwise agreed, goods will be delivered without undue delay and within 30 days after the contract is entered into. Risk passes as required by applicable consumer law.
7. Cancellation, Returns and Refunds
UK online consumers generally have 14 days after delivery to notify us that they wish to cancel, followed by a further 14 days to return the goods. 8. Promotions
Promotions may be subject to additional terms, eligibility criteria, dates and stock availability. We will not use misleading reference prices or add optional charges without the consent required by law.

We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, for business losses suffered by a consumer, or for delay caused by events outside our reasonable control, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
14. Sanctions Compliance
You may not use the Services if you are located in, organized under the laws of, or ordinarily resident in any country or territory subject to sanctions or embargoes imposed by the United States or other applicable authorities.
You represent and warrant that you are not identified on any applicable sanctions list, including those maintained by the U.S. Department of the Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC).
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Services if we determine, in our sole discretion, that such access may violate applicable sanctions laws or regulations.
15. Governing Law and Consumer Rights
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the applicable federal laws of Canada. If you are a consumer, this choice does not deprive you of mandatory protections under the law of the country in which you ordinarily reside. UK consumers retain all mandatory rights under applicable UK consumer law and may bring proceedings where permitted by those laws.
